Beautiful pants with one major flaw

The pants are beautiful, the fabric is nice and strong but I was really shocked for this price that they were made with a thin elastic band sewn into the top of the legging at the waist. It’s very annoying feeling on the body (you can feel it twisting in the hem) and honestly just feels like a cheap choice. I was quite shocked when I put them on. Love the material, and the construction seems good, but as another reviewer mentioned, the length is too short to fit over an average man's foot. I bought two sets of two, and only one barely stretched over my foot. Again, like another reviewer, I will re-string the beads as they look great.
